As the Director of Digital Design & User Experience at A Plus, I led a team of two developers over the span of five months on a full site redesign. The redesign included changes to make the experience more mobile friendly and to increase time spent on site. Updates to the site fonts, graphic elements, color palette, and navigation were accomplished as well.
